How much is shipping?
CANADA
Items ship via lettermail (no tracking) within Canada for $5. You may opt for tracked shipping at checkout. Please see our Shipping and Returns page for more information.
USA
Items ship via Canada Post. Small Air Packets are untracked for $10, Tracked Air Packets are $14. The parcel may be subject to additional taxes/duties/customs. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
Cute as a Button Handmade is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Insurance coverage is available with Tracked Air Packets ONLY.

Do you offer local delivery or pick up?
Yes! If you reside in the Cornwall area, please choose “local delivery” at checkout. A $3 delivery fee applies within Cornwall, and will be at my convenience. Delivery requests will be addressed by email. Please ensure to check your email once your order is placed for further instructions.
Can I customize my badge reel?
Of course! Many of my designs allow you to choose your font colour, fabric or both! If you really love a design but it is not offered with the fabric you would like, please choose the Custom Badge Reel. This will allow you to choose the fabric you would like with the font or design of your choice.
How do I clean my badge reel?
Hand wash only. Gently clean with a damp white cloth with cold to warm water and mild soap or detergent. Let air dry.
To disinfect: Hold the product a couple of inches away and spray with an aerosol disinfectant OR gently cleanse with isopropyl alcohol wipes. Let air dry.
